A unique wine from the famous variety “Assyrtiko” of Santorini with rich, strong aroma and duration. Exotic fruits, citrus fruits as well as aromas of lemon, jasmine, hyacinth and fennel. A genuine Santorini Assyrtiko, with a clear sense of saltiness and metallicity.

Great with fresh grilled or baked fish, fresh or steamed shellfish, shrimps with lemon, spaghetti with seafood, greek salad and cheeses with mild acidity, such as feta cheese and goat cheese.

Light salmon color and silver highlights that brings in mind the Rosé wines of Provence. Quince paste, strawberry and orange zest come first in the nose and they are also present on the palate. It has a slightly buttery feeling but with very nicely balanced and refreshing acidity.

Served chilled with fish, seafood and traditional Greek cuisine.

A superior cretan wine. Deep red colour, with dried fruit spices, chocolate and vanilla aromas. Intensive tannins and long aftertaste. It ages for 30 months out of which 18 months in oak french barriques.

Enjoy it with red meat, grilled vegetables, spicy sauce and hard cheese. It is combined with hunt meat and red meat.

This wine has a deep purple-red colour, with a multi-layered complexity of blackberries, chocolate, vanilla, tobacco and spice. Delicately structured with herb-laced finish, this full-bodied wine has power yet sufficiently supple tannins.

Accompanied with a variety of grilled meat and sausages as well as chocolate based desserts.
